This Privacy Policy explains how Mast 26 (“we” or “us” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information of our users (“user” or “you”) when you install and/or use the Cards Sandbox Android App and/or the Cards Together Android App (referred to from this point on as the “apps”, and when these apps are referred to, it means either 1 or all of them).
You agree that upon reading this Privacy Policy, and subsequently launching and/or using the apps, you have read, understood, and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the apps and uninstall the apps immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy which is visible directly below the title text at the top, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the apps after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
Any information you input into the apps, including but not limited to: Your name, will be seen by other users if you join another user's game, and/or if somebody
else joins your game, for the purposes of being able to identify players within the multiplayer game session. If you join another user's game, or another user joins your game, Your IP Address will also be communicated to other users, for the purposes of facilitating the multiplayer game session.
